Exchange – Show Subject in Room Resources

We have several Room Resources setup in Exchange 2013.  When people are looking at the room calendar they would see the name of the organizer rather than subject of the meeting.  Here are the commands you can run so that the appointments will show the subject instead.

Note:  If you already have appointments on the room calendars they will not display the subject after you run these commands.  After the commands below are run, then new items will display the subject.

Exchange 2010, 2013, and 2016

Set-CalendarProcessing -Identity <RESOURCEMAILBOX> -DeleteSubject $False -AddOrganizerToSubject $False
